Dr. Pauly uses qualitative methods to explore organizations, gender, and religion. She has extensive global research through the Purdue Peace Project and her work at Copenhagen Business school. Her current work on her dissertation is titled: Authoring Organizational Tensions within the Roman Catholic Church: Women Religious Organize for Themselves
When she’s not reading and writing, Jessica enjoys baking pies from scratch, sending snail mail to loved ones near and far, and taking her dachshund (Herbie) for walks. A born and raised Nebraskan who spent a few seasons in New York, Jessica is an avid Cornhusker football fan, and travels east as often as possible.
